Elizabeth Serig To All Instructors

Hello, my name is Liz. I am wife to Nate, mama to 4 beautiful children on earth and at least 5 in Heaven. We began our homeschool journey while living in the country. Naturally, we developed an "unschooling" habit. Since joining KCCH (and moving) for accountability (and friends!), we have reigned in our habits a bit but are still homeschooling in a most relaxed way. Comfy clothes? You bet. Coffee or other beverage in hand? Absolutely. Lots of breaks for movement (and snacking!)? For sure. When I'm not involved with one of my children, you can find me baking or cooking in my kitchen, usually in preparation for a family meal or friend gathering. Other times, you'd find me gardening or walking about enjoying nature. Wherever I am, my heart is grateful because Jesus has proven Himself faithful in my life. He has walked our family through so much grief and given us new life. I count it a privilege to link arms with those around me and journey life together. And....let's worship while we're at it! Like a Phil Wickham song says, "God is great; give Him all the praise. Hallelujah, Name above all Names!"
